Welcome to Professionly. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Service
You must be at least 16 years old to use Professionly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission
3. Intellectual Property
The Professionly name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Professionly. You may not use them without prior written permission. Content you create and upload (resumes, cover letters, etc.) remains yours.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features of Professionly require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
5. AI-Generated Content
Professionly uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, scores, and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Professionly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
